Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the cost per square foot?
Hall County Homes has included a standard package based on market research and local preferences. We can build for as little as $35 per square foot under roof. The cost per square foot will vary based on the model chosen, alterations to the plan and any upgrades you may prefer.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional building costs are directly related to your land. The building site will need to be prepared for the home. Grading, provisions for water, waste disposal etc. will need to be taken into account. Hall County Homes will provide, at no cost to you, a free evaluation to determine site preparation costs for your specific piece of property.
Can I make changes to the floor plans?
Yes you can. Hall County Homes encourages you to make the home uniquely yours. We can make design changes to meet you and your family’s requirements. Our building consultants and draftspeople work with you to make your dreams become a reality.
Can I finance my land and home together?
Absolutely! Most lenders, including our partner lenders, finance and encourage land/home packages. You do not have to own your land outright in order to build a home on it. Hall County Homes would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Do I need to pre-qualify for financing in advance?
It is a good idea to know your buying power, or how much home, you can comfortably afford. Our building consultants or your lender can assist you in establishing your buying power. We have developed relationships with banks and mortgage lenders which allows us to assist you in arranging financing for your new home.
